help with Kolos them

  • Hi, i finally purchased a theme. it’s called kolos from themeforest.
    their support is horrible for newbs like me. i’m sure other ppl could get it but i’m not there yet and can’t get any answers.
    with mounting frustration i’m reaching out here for help.
    in their demo https://themeforest.net/item/kolos-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/236241 they have great drop down menus. I cna’t work out how to do this.
    I can’t figure out if i’m meant to use pages, categories or portfolio categories for the menus.
    can someone look at it and just tell me if they know how this is done?
    i know you don’t have the stuff in front of you so maybe it’s impossible to figure it out. this is as far as i’ve gotten. https://dwmg.divahh.com/

    Generally speaking, if you purchased a theme and the support for it, you shou;d be working with them and not working around them (it’s a sticky ethical point – as we would be taking work away from them).

    i’d love to be working with them. but it seems that they don’t offer proper support.

    any ideas?

    To your question about the theme and support, I’ve used Kolos for various clients and I’ve used three other themes by that developer (WebInCode) and their support is pertty awesome. If you purchased the theme through theme forest you can log in and post questions directly to WebInCode and they’re very responsive.

    BTW, looking at your modifications, I really like your custom colors and that graphic on the Speakers’ Series (https://dwmg.divahh.com/inspiration/entrepreneur-speakers-series/) is really nice. Great job.
