I wasn’t sure which category to put this in, so here it is in Misc. I don’t think this is particularly theme-related, and I have approached my theme developer who has not been able to ID this issue as being a problem with the theme.

[ Moderator note: Moved to How-To and Troubleshooting ]

I have been trying to solve an issue with my WordPress site (Customizr Pro theme) and integration with a 3rd party used by my customer to add their services to the website. In other words, they “skinned” my WordPress site, pulling the header/footer/menus from our site and filling the pages with content from their services.

(There was initially a problem with the Font Awesome icons not showing on the skinned pages, which I fixed by modifying my .htaccess file.0

The only issue now is that the dropdowns for the main menu aren’t working on the skinned pages.
The error that I am seeing is:
    https://web.haywoodchamber.com/external/WCControls/v12/JQuery/jquery.cookie/jquery.cookie.js
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Please compare the menus from the “skinned” page to the menu on my home page.

    Skinned: https://web.haywoodchamber.com/events?oe=true

Not skinned (our WordPress site with Customizr Pro): https://haywoodchamber.com/

The 3rd party (weblink international) says the problem is not anything they have control over with the skinning. Any advice or suggestions appreciated!
