Help with icompany theme header.

and I need assistance modifying the header because the one I am using is not the required dimensions. Basically I want to put the code #214A7C so that to the left of the header, the white background turns into the same color as the header itself, but I cannot locate where I should put this into the stylesheet.css

I’ve been at it for several hours. Can any of you help?

I hope I’m not doing anything wrong here, but I’m cutting and pasting the stylesheet.css into this posting below…can you figure out where I need to change it?
