Help with header information, please

Hi. This is my first post. Sorry for my poor english.
when I try to install the wordpress 2.7, it installs but when I want to log with admin and the password they say:

I dont know the reason, and I change the config three times, but the problem continues.
I dont change anything in the config only the db, the user and the password and the server works with localhost.

Cand some one help me?
