Help with header

My roomate and I just started our own site and we ran into a bit of a problem. Heres the scoop.

here is the wordpress: liberalmillennial.com/blogosphere

What we want to accomplish is to delete everything above the posts in WP and just use our already make menu and header on our index page by inserting a frame containing the wordpress under it. Any idea how? It would be really helpful. Without a solution to this our site will take a lot longer to get up.
