Help with Header..

  • Hi, I am a first time user of wordpress and have little knowledge of coding. A friend has set up this site for me.

    1. How do i push the page up so that the left and right arrows for the slider are visible. At the moment you have to scroll down to see them.

    2.I would like to know how do i move around Title image etc in header to change appearance.

    I have no idea about coding so step for step instructions would be great.
