Help with giving my feel a look…

I am fairly new at doing all this coding with wordpress… My major issue right now is that when people click on my feed https://www.jewelseinc.com/feed/rss

It takes them to the XML page and shows all type of codes (see below). What i want to know is, how do i either design that so people subscribing to that feed can actually see the posts or how do i link it to direct people to my feedburner?
