Hello! I am trying to build a very complex site for a client who is a photographer, who does the following:
    1)Sells ONLINE classes (using zoom)
    2)Sells In – person classes
    3)Sells EVENT tickets
4)They MUST Have a calendar to display all classes and events on it (automated) not manually putting them in
    5)Use paypal for payments

We already spoke with the EVENTS CALENDAR company about their BIG combo plan which I see WOO does recommend them BUT their plugin is missing ONE MAJOR featured which is not going to work for my client…which is this:

They need to have the scheduled & auto emails customizable to specific events / classes, so registrants are receiving the correct links/info their specific class they registered for. Right now they are doing it manually and its a nightmare. The EVENTS plugins dont do this. Really dont want to do custom coding either.

Does anyone know of a good solution we can use, to accomplish ALL OF THIS? Willing to use WOO COMMERCE and EVENTS CALENDAR plugins, no matter which combo we need to do but need all of those functionalities, if anyone has had experience would be amazing. Thanks.

    Thank you!

  • Hi @nexgraphics,

It sounds like the missing piece of the puzzle is sending automated emails that are customized to the particular events/classes.

If that’s the case, I would suggest taking a look at AutomateWoo. It can send out automated emails after a particular product is purchased. It doesn’t have a specific integration with the Events Calendar, but it does have the ability to display custom field information. As long as that is stored on the order, most likely you could use it.

If not, you could do a small amount of custom coding to broaden what AutomateWoo supports. I know you weren’t looking for something custom, but this would be a small amount compared to the overall complexity of this setup.

    Just a thought.

    Hi @nexgraphics,

Hopefully, that extension worked for you. Since we haven’t heard back from you in a while, I’m marking this thread resolved. If you do have any questions, please feel free to open up a new topic and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers
