Help with front page on IE

Hi,

I’ve posted previously about this and had some loose help but really I’ve haggled with this for some time and would rather it just be pointed out to me.

My front page looks shit in IE, but looks how I want it in Chrome and Firefox.

I understand I might need a conditional tag in there, but want do I make conditional. How do I arrange the layout for IE so the items list horizontally rather than vertically?
