Help with Footer Social Heading Customization

  • hi guys, I have some difficulties to edit footer social heading.

    I want to change the text into link or inserting hyperlink into text
    however, I just don’t know how to do that.
    It’s just weird to provide link in its naked form because I have to write https://www.myotherwebsite.com in the footer.

    the next question is how to change double tap behavior (on smartphones), so that webpage won’t scroll back to the beginning?
