Help with footer in Safari, won't scroll down :(

I have been having this issue for awhile, but when you go to my website Life After Health the footer is stationary and won’t move down leaving a mess of text laid over everything… any ideas? I just updated the padding to “auto” in a few of the css fields but nothing happened… this seems to only happen in SAFARI. Not sure what to do :/
