    Hello,

    I am trying to set up your plugin, I have created a feed & uploaded my CSV to the relevant file location and it has the same file name.

    I have imported the products already into WOO & mapped them, however when I upload and refresh the feed nothing updates? Processing remains at 0% and then it just says ready after a few flashes.

    I have tried looking at the support and cannot find anything that points me in the right direction, apologies if I’ve missed it.

    I don’t know if it is down to the mapping, I only have 4 columns in the feed currently.

    SKU, Product Name/Title, Price & Quantity.

    I am using the default ‘CUSTOM FEED ATTRIBUTES’ and mapping it to what I believe to be the correct values, however nothing updates despite me physically changing values in the feed file to test the changes.

    This is somewhat urgent for me, please can you help point me in the right direction.

    Cheers

    Tim

  • Hi Tim,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can have a look at how you configured your feed and if it indeed isn’t updating? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for this. According to the debug.log your feed has been updating fine today. These are the last few updates:

    [25 May 2022 10:40] => 107
    [25 May 2022 10:46] => 107
    [25 May 2022 10:51] => 107
    [25 May 2022 10:53] => 107

    When I open your CSV file and download it locally, it has 5 columns in it.

    Hello,

    Can you advise your settings then please as I can assure you it may be uploading but it isn’t updating the products on the site.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I am not sure what you mean by “updating products on the site”? Our plugin is doing the exact opposite, it exports products from your WooCommerce site and puts those in product feeds. Those feeds can than be used for external marketing channels such as Google Shopping or Facebook.

    So I am not entirely sure what it is you are trying to accomplish?

    Hi,

    Sorry how I’ve understood this plugin os to be a free plugin so I can import feeds as well.

    So how I understand your comments that’s not the case so I’ll continue to hunt for something that’s able to help me import feeds.

    Sorry to waste your time
