Help with export tables

Yes, you can export tables to CSV files for Excel, on the “Export” screen of TablePress in the admin area.

If you want to offer download buttons for your site’s visitors, you can use https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-buttons/

how did you get this file? Is it a CSV file? You might have to open it from inside Excel (not with double click).

hhm, that’s strange. It seems like Excel has problems understanding the UTF-8 file encoding.

I was able to open the file without problems in LibreOffice. Then, I could save it to a .xlsx file that will open fine in Excel: https://dropmefiles.com/hhsH5

I’m not sure what you mean with “not beautiful”. I can see the data in Excel without problems, you’ll just have to turn on the gridlines again.

Unfortunately, I don’t have other ideas here. This is a problem in Excel that does not fully support the UTF-8 character encoding, from what I can see.
You might want to give LibreOffice a try.
