Help With Directory Listings

I have been asked to help try to figure out how to fix/change the look of these listings. Their old website was created on a non-Wordpress website. They have had someone create a WordPress version of their website. The developers are dragging their feet and not providing good customer service and they want to move forward and leave this developer.

I have built several WordPress sites but I”m not the best with this much coding or much at all for that matter. I usually can ask questions and research enough to get things done. This is a more complex website.

What I need is to figure out how to fix / change their directory listings (left column) to look like their old site layout. I can’t figure out where this layout config is being created. They are using a plugin family called GeoDirectory. I’ve looked at the CSS, WP dashboard, the plugin features, etc. and just can’t figure it out.

Can someone look at the code and see anything that tells you how I can change this or tweak it? I need the thumbnails larger and above the listing, There are no settings in the plugin that say anything about this arrangement.

At this point I can’t give admin rights due to it’s not yet my authority. They are asking me to see if I can fix it, if so, they’ll let me take over the website.
