Help with dead links

I’m using theme This Just In! 2.9 by John Crenshaw
and this theme has tabs above the header photos Home – Blog – About – Archives – Feed

The Blog, Archive and Feed tabs goes to no page or page not found.

How can I fix this as I want to go live with my blog.

I do have an Archive link on the right side bar and it shows July and that works fine.
