Help with cronjob

Hi folks, I would like to have the import of rss feeds done by a cronjob, but know little of the subject. I have searched and not come up with anything regarding my question.
My hosting has Fantastico, which has the crontab program built in. What I need to know, is what is the command that I type in to get it to run.
Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
