Help with creating site?

Hey guys, I don’t exactly have my website done quite yet, but I’m wondering if some kind people may be willing to give me some tips on how I could make it a lot easier?

Basically what I’m doing is creating a website that reviews people (similar to ratemyprofs.com)

Im just wondering if anyone knows what the best way to go about it is? I have started, but if I continue to do it my way, it will take months and a lot of manual work to complete.
