Help With Contact Form 7 for a WP Newbie

  • Hi all…
    I’m a total newbie to WordPress and I have struggled to put together a site for a new client using a WordPress theme @ https://www.rightpricesportswear.com but it finally went live last night. But today I have found out that the form on the main product pages is not working correctly. The form on the Contact Us page seems to be fine, but the product specific form only sends the information of the username and email address and none of the main descriptive text.

    I haven’t a clue what’s gone wrong or how to fix it. I would be more than happy to give access to the site if someone felt they could help me fix this… as my client now has a live site and is getting enquiries, but because of the broken form, he doesn’t know what these enquiries are about and he needs me to resolve this ASAP.

    Any help or advice much appreciated.

  • Paste the content of your malfunctioning form shortcode in a Pastebin so folks can take a look.

    (In the meantime, you could turn off the form on the live site so people don’t use it. Put a copy of the form on a hidden page in the meantime, for testing purposes.)
