• I have installed Connections Reloaded 2.1 theme to my blog at Famished-nw.com. This theme allows you to create a custom header which I did. However, it seems that my custom image doesn’t quite fill the box…you can see “lights” from the original header down in the border. I would like to have my custom image fill in to the bottom of the header box.

Secondly, you can change the font color for the title and the tag line, which I did…except it showed up on the title but NOT the tag line. I need the tag line to be black so you can see it through the image.

Can anyone help out here? Thanks!

  • I have this exact same problem.

    https://www.forestpoetry.com

I cropped the image myself to the specified size and I still get the strip at the bottom.

    Tips?

    Just fixed this.

Go to your stylesheet, and down to the headers sections, and delete this from your code: “url(img/top.jpg) #FFFFFF”

You lose the nifty green border for your topnav, but the annoying background picture of the subway is gone for good.

I deleted that bit of code, but I’m still having the exact same problem — the strip at the bottom: addaptabilities.com

OK, so I was able to fix it by deleting the line of code that (I think) said something like “img.train.jpg” or something like that … sorry I can’t remember it better, but I deleted it and it’s fixed.
