Help with changing sign up on footer

I have recently moved my client email list from MailChimp to Brevo but I still have a sign up for newsletter on my footer that goes to MailChimp. I need to change the code for Brevo. I am not sure how to do that, but right now I can’t even find my footer. Not sure if it was in Elementor. I don’t know if it was a plugin or a theme or what it was.
