Help with changing search field text

  • Hi,
    I hope you can help me with some issues I’m having with your Quick search field. I am trying to change the text in the search fields. Please see a screenshot of the problem area:

    I have looked through other support comments and saw this screenshot,

    this is close, but it does not help – there are no options to edit the text itself, just to enable or disable categories. At least not any I can find. Can you please help me find a way to change the text in the search fields and buttons?

    If possible, I would like to avoid installing any translation plugins, and instead just change the text as it is.
