Help with changing checkbox from acceptance to basic toggle

    Hi, I have a WP form 7 checkbox question.

    Previously I had a Ts&Cs checkbox that has to be ticked in order to send the form:
    <p>[acceptance acceptance default:on] I accept the terms and conditions</p>

    But I want to change it to a basic on/off toggle “please give me a call”. How do I change this string so it just a non-conditional toggle:
    <p>[acceptance acceptance default:on] Please, give me a call</p>
