Help with categories and product height

  • Hello,
    i have one problem and one more question. First i have bought the plugin and i want to select categories with AND operator (when i add two categories e.g shoes, size40 i want all products that appear in both categories). How is that possible?

    The second question is how i can make that all products show in the same Height without cropping the images?
