Help with calendar installation

I’ve just started running https://cuces.soc.srcf.net/

I’m trying to install a calendar plugin so that it will show up on the main site, but i’m having problems installing it as i’m not too familiar with the language.

I’ve found the calendar that i want, but then a ‘connection information’ page comes up and I can’t get past it. It asks for the Hostname, FTP/SSH Username, FTP/SSH Password, and Connection Type.

I assumed the Hostname is just the name of my site; Username is the one I used to log in, and Password is the one that went with the username, but it’s not working. As for connection type, I have no idea what FTP, FTPS(SSL) and SSH2 means or which one i have.

Could someone please help me.
