Help with Adding Social Icons and Links

My template has the facebook like and google + buttons, but besides that I can’t see where I add more social links to my site? I have looked everywhere and I have no idea where to adjust the links on my Dashboard or with what plugin…So far I have facebook, linkedin, twitter, and readit. Please help!
