help with adding Rollover / Hover over /Tinymce

    Sorry for the vague title, hopefully I can rectify here. I am creating a website with images I have taken. I wanted a user to roll over the image of me and by rolling over the items I am wearing a pop up will appear and give more detail. For example if my shoes are rolled over a popup will be able to give the name of the shoes. The best example I can find now are these example (lookbook is my preferred:

    My research has told me this could be a mouse rollover, a hover over and that I may need to use Tinymce. I am new to blogging and so I need to know if there is a wordpress theme which can do this and if so what is the correct title I should be searching.
