Help with adding drop down categories and pages

    Hi all –
    So I have a chicken and egg question.
    I’d like to add drop down menu to my sidebar under “beagle info” – my site is https://www.beaglerescueleague.org
    Do I create individual pages FIRST to do this or should I create the dropdown menu first and then populate it with the new pages I’ll create?
