Help with a theme images not showing up in wootube

Tried contacting woothemes, no result yet so i’m turning to the community at wordpress. I changed my wootube theme preferences to show multiple posts on the home screen instead of the most recent post. Unfortunately the thumbnails I attached for each entry does not show up in the video box. I was hoping that someone could educate me in what I should be looking for to fix this issue.
