Help With a Few Theme Items

I downloaded a theme and really like it. I have a few questions that I was hoping someone could answer. I am still making changes, but you can view it at https://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/havrm

Here is what I would like to change.

1) I would like to not have any padding between the header on the top and bottom.

2) I would like to remove the little nav below the menu. It is the part that would have a picture of a house and then point to the page you are on.

3) I would like to spread out the navs in the menu to take up the whole space.

If you could assist with these, that would be great.
