    hello it looks we used pirated complianz on page

    1. neobeautyclinic.cz
    2. kolstejn.cz

    in cookies showed us pirated software, we delete pirated plugin and install free complianz but still we seeing in cookie page which is synchronize, there is still information about pirated software, is it possible to solve it?

    Hi @vanektomas,

    The attached domains are now able to sync with CookieDatabase.org again.

    You will likely have to clear the list of cookies (Wizard -> Consent -> Cookie Scan) and perform a new scan, as well as another “Sync” (Wizard -> Consent -> Cookiedatabase) to correct the results on your site.

    Hey @jarnovos I noticed that in neobeautyclinic.cz is synced as pirated software unless I′m still using free complianz, plugin. I tried restore and delete plugin with data and again set up, but nothing work, still pirated software. Can you please help me with this? Thank you

    Hi @vanektomas,

    The issue with regards to that specific domain has been resolved, so you will now be able to use the “Sync with CookieDatabase” on that site again.
