help when I create pages it makes 2 links on my nav bar

  • I am using Simple Grid Theme Responsive them. And when I try to make pages it creates 2 links. I can not figure out why or how to stop it. Also it repeats the links like there is 2 nav bars. Anyone know how to stop this?
