HELP!!! Website won't load and cannot log in to WordPress Dashboard

My website, https://www.thepinthemapproject.com, is not loading! I am receiving the following error whenever I try to load the page or access my https://thepinthemapproject.com/wp-login.php log in page for WordPress:

This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

The website was working perfectly fine this morning–I actually posted an article without problem. I did not install any new plugins or make any updates. I have tried clearing my browser’s cache and history and when I check this site: https://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ it is clear the page is down for everyone, not just me.

I have been scouring the WordPress support forums but this really offers little assistance to people who are not necessarily tech savvy with WordPress. I have no idea how to delete plugins unless I can log into my WordPress, how to use an FTP to do so or any of the other “helpful” tips on here. I am currently on hold with my hosting company (BlueHost), but wondering if anyone is experiencing similar issues today or can offer some advice??
