Help – website keeps showing "future of something quite cool"

my site is https://www.livehealthy4ever.com.
This is my First website and I have no computer background. I’ve been working on this site for weeks…everything was working fine till 3 days ago.
When i went to the site it says “future of something quite cool” or “Ever felt like you’re in the wrong place”.When I click on Login…it takes me to the godaddy hosting’s cpanel…i can’t login into my WP dashboard anymore.
I remember one of the last things i did was installed a bunch of plug-ins…ie..wp super cache, Google xml sitemap, Images search engine friendly, nextgen gallery, All in one seo, etc….after that I went into “settings” in WP and l changed the URL from https://www.livehealthy4ever.com/main……i changed it to https://www.livehealthy4ever.com (I took out the /MAIN).
Also, when i log into my cpanel in godaddy….and look at the ftp….I don’t see “index.php” anymore.
Please help me but plz explain in layman’s terms…i’m so lost…I don’t even know how to reset WP and start over.
