That will pretty much set you up for what you want and help you segment the subjects into further parts while maintaining a list of every post there.
You can also further divide categories as needed by adding a subcategory as a child of a category… And you can have posts in several categories as appropriate just by checking the buttons for the other categories at post creation time or a subsequent edit.

If I understood you, first, I would create a menu w/ six elements: the four categories, a link to the About Page, and a link to my website.
>>> I didn’t understand what you meant by “a blog link.” <<<
Initially, the Front Page would display all posts (which must include a category). Right?
If a viewer clicks on a category, then the Front Page would ONLY display the category’s posts. Right?
How does the viewer go back to the Front Page that displays all posts?

]]>Hi. you can set the front page setting to your latest posts. which can be done by going to customise>> then homepage setting.
then select ‘your latest post’
by doing so your home will show all the post of all categories.
If you want you can have different page for all the categories or you can have a widget where all the categories will be listed and by clicking on them user can go to the related post you can check something like that here…
