HELP! Viagra link in header

  • I looked at my site today and noticed there is a spam link for viagra on my header. I see the link when I check the page’s source code but I have no idea how to remove it.

    I used Sucuri Scanner to check the site and nothing showed up.

    Please help. Simple & easy responses appreciated!! Thanks!
