Help! VERY slow loading.

Hello,
Well I did some search on google and on the forums here.
And I did not find anything that helped…
Well my problem is my blog/site is loading suuuuppperr slow,
and before you start saying it’s my host, well i already checked it’s not, and it’s not the plugins or the themes slowing it down because i’m using the default theme and no plugins.

and i seems to load suuupppperr slow…
it will take so long to load it will seem like it will not load at all but it will.

anyone have any ideas?
oh and yes i have up to date php and mysql versions.
