Help vertically aliging elements

Hi there,

Thank you for a great plugin.

I am hoping you can help me with achieving the following.

I want to be able to align the Small Featured image and the corresponding title vertically and in the middle.
This site has lots of different sized titles and hoping to be able to position the text title element to always be aligned with the middle of the small featured image.

Is there a way to do this?
I have tried multiple CSS attempts but not been able to get it right.
