HELP! URGENT: Problems with multilingual website

  • We would like to buy the plugin full version but first we need to know if this issue can be solved or not and how

    Our website is a multilingual site that use this plugin

    qTranslate-X with qTranslate slug

    when we create a new FAQ category we have to define it in 2 languages Italian and English…

    For example

    Category name in English ->CCTV – Videosuirveillance FAQ
    Slug in English -> cctv-videosuirveillance-faq

    Category name in Italian ->FAQ CCTV – Videosorveglianza
    Slug in Italian -> faq-cctv-videosorveglianza

    the problem in when we define different FAQ categories and we want to use the ultimate-faqs include_category= Shortcode…

    We tried to use both shorcode (in English and in Italian) with the relative slug

    [ultimate-faqs include_category=’cctv-videosuirveillance-faq’]
    [ultimate-faqs include_category=’faq-cctv-videosorveglianza’]

    but on the relative webpage nothing about FAQ is showed!

    Please Help! how to do ?
    In your documentation nothing talk about multilingual website….

    It is possible to use the categoty id instead of the category name ?
    In this way i think the category is well identified…

    [ultimate-faqs include_category=’faq-cctv-videosorveglianza’]
