• Word Press kept prompting me to update to 3.2.1 and I did. The update never finished and ended up causing fatal errors and erasing most of my web page. (see https://www.branstorm.com under the sections about, services, team, clients, and contact).

I DO NOT want to complete the update. How do I undo the update and go back to what I originally was at??!

And I just discovered there is not a back up for the website…

well, I’m afraid that that is your fault. The upgrade notice does recommend that you make a database backup first. without a backup, you cannot possibly revert to a previous version. For now, try:

    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – re-running the upgrade manually using /wp-admin/upgrade.php.
