Help, unable to access my admin or my dashboard

  • I’ve had my website host upload my backups including my database but now I’ve found I am unable to access my dashboard.

    They have changed my admin page from what was /wp-admin to now /wp-admin.php
    so I go to log into the admin side of my website https://www.squnchescraftnetwork.com.au/wp-admin.php and I’m taken straight to the website, not the administration side and told that page can’t be found.

    I have just tried /wp-login.php which allowed me to login but then told me
    This webpage has a redirect loop
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    So just out of curiosity I thought to just take a look at the website and find that I’m logged in as admin but still can’t access my dashboard. Instead it goes back to telling me,

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    Please help, this is frustrating, I’m not the most tech savvy person.
