Help! Trying to use php if and else to bring in files ABOVE the header

Hey,

https://www.jdoman.com/hunch/ – im trying to use php if/else and php includes to bring in pages at the top, above the menu.

it doesn’t seem to work ?? it just wont include the pages!! any ideas?
