Help, trapped out of my site, big eek

I’ve been trying to learn how to remove the posted by etc on the front page, made what I thought were very very few, if any, changes, and in the end did not succeed in what I was trying to do. Trouble is that today I can’t get my site to come back up and I get the same blocked access when I try my admin access, NOW what do I do? I can’t even get in to fix it.

Should I ask hostgator if they can get inside and change themes for me?

The site is restorationresource.info, the theme is 2010, and the message is; Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENDIF in /home/rjwnz/public_html/restorationresource.info/wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php on line 481.

I’m not at all familiar with php except for trying always trying to get rid of the posted by when I make new sites, I so wish theme designers would make it an easy on off for those of us who don’t know php code.
