Help translating %s in my theme

  • When I’m translating things in my theme, ex the “your cart is empty. Go to Shop.” the “shop” text has a link. So, when translating instead of it showing me a code or the shop text it shows me %s. Means that %s = Shop. How can I turn what that %s means into what I want it to say?}

    BTW the theme is Themify Shoppe.
