    Hi,

I have got this working with WPforms, except for the Help Topic, which does not come across, and always ends up as ‘None’.
I have tried different types of form fields.
I have ensured the text is coming through by temporarily allocating the field to the ‘Subject’ entry.

Other than the simple logs in osTicket, I don’t know what else I can look at to get more detailed diagnostics.

    Help greatly appreciated.

    Matthew

    Hi!

Could you provide screenshots how you configured “Help Topic” field in WPForms and the list of help topics in your osTicket instance, please?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Here are some screenshots. The last configuration attempted was a dropdown version.

    Matthew,

the issue is related to configuration – each option value in the drop-down element must be INTEGER.

You need to enable ‘Show values’ option on ‘Advanced tab’ for the drop-down input in your WPForms (osticket-connector-wpforms-enable-show-values.png), then switch back to ‘General tab’ and provide an integer value which correspond to ID of help topic from osTicket (osticket-connector-osticket-how-to-define-help-topic-id.png) for each option of the drop-down element (osticket-connector-wpforms-specify-id-as-value.png). All images available here.

    Thanks.
