• Hi there.

I’ve discovered the great mySupermarket recipes plugin (content.mysupermarket.co.uk/Content/Widgets/Manual.pdf). I’m pretty new to WordPress, but whilst this seems to be fairly simple, I can’t for the life of me get this to work.

Anyone had any experience with this before or got any tips?

    Thanks, Paul.

You need to contact the author/supplier of this component for support. Only code distributed on www.remarpro.com is supported in these forums.

    Hi,

I’m Ofer Molad, CTO from mySupermarket.

mySupermarket recipe ‘plugin’ is (unfortunately) not a WordPress plugin. Its a javascript API, so you will need to a bit of javascript to your page. However, if you are still interested, the implementation is not too difficult (I assume what you need is a “compare on mySupermarket” button).

Here is a general outline of how it works
    1. Include our javascript on your page
    2. Tag your ingredients (microdata or microformat) – this is probably already happening if you use a plugin like wordpress recipe card
    3. invoke a javascript function when the button is clicked.

    Hi Ofer Molad.
I was reading your post here and wondered if you could add the link of where to get your api/manuals? I can’t seem to find it in a google search and some of the pages (like the manual) are no longer available on your site.

I too want to have some ingredients on a website that links automatically to your comparison site.

    I’m using WP recipe card.
    Many thanks
    Neil
