Thank you for your message, the system I’m trying to connect to is from bdroppy which already has been connected before but it stopped working.

The support told me to contact the website administrator(myself) to check what changes had been made to the website but no changes had been made before or after when the connection stopped working.

On Fatal erros I got many different errors.

The connection between the system from bdroppy and Woocommerce is made by an authentication, I only need to drop my website link and will open a pop-up window to log into my account on that website and after that should work but now doesn’t work, I believe it was stopped working on day 07.03 don’t know if there is any new Wocommerce release around that date.

Our last update was on March 18. But it is also possible some other plugin update would interfere with this. You might need to run a conflict test, but let’s try other options first.

Do you have any fata errors from March 7 or around that? If you do, can you share them here?

The support told me to contact the website administrator(myself) to check what changes had been made to the website but no changes had been made before or after when the connection stopped working.

Besides asking you to check the changes, did they share any troubleshooting options to make sure the issue was not on their end?
