Help to Customise Sub Menu Background Color and Font Color

    How to customise submenu style ?

    The default color is Blue background and White Font.
    We need the background to be white, font is #c6a04b, hover is #870038

    We tried adjust in the Pagelayer > Website Setting , only the background color change but not the font color, also, part of the background is the default blue.
    Ratio 1 : 9
    blue : white

    Is there other solution to customise the colours ? Please advice
