Help! This is stuck at the top of my website :(

Help! How do I get rid of this:

This is located above my header text/image. I tried to install this plug in:

https://themeshaper.com/customize-blog-posts-touching-theme-files/

and it went horribly wrong. The plug in isn’t showing up in my plug-in list either. I don’t want the plug in anymore, I just want to get rid of this code at the top of my Website.

BTW, I am very new to code so I’m pretty clueless ??
