Help! There was an error in the submitted form

    When I try to create a new user it will say these:

    1) There was an error in the submitted form
    2) This username is already reserved to be used soon.
    Please try a different one!
    3) This email is already reserved to be used soon.
    Please try a different one!

    But when I check All Users, the newly created account when through and is in the list under All Users.

    I’ve tried other emails to create as well it is still the same. ??

    Please help.
