HELP – Theme Installation

  • Ironic. The free WordPress has more themes to chose from. Now that I purchased the full version of wordpress, i have only 2 themes. So, now, I have to go through the pain of downloading additional themes. I downloaded a few and they went straight to the C: drive on my computer. What is the step by step instruction on how to load these new themes onto my wordpress system so that I can use it?

  • the install comes with two themes because they are the original and there are hundreds of themes out there. The developers have no idea which would suit your particular needs.

    To install a theme use an FTP such as Filezilla https://filezilla-project.org/ to upload your selected themes to wp-content>>themes

    then select and play
